Refunds and Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the camp begins will receive a full refund.

Because camps require advance staffing and preparation, we’re unable to offer refunds within 7 days of the start date. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out to mindfulmoments@ywcalgary.ca we’re happy to talk through options.
